Felicity stood in front of my desk while I sort out some files.
"Isabella, I know you understand all that was discussed in the meeting room. I'm sorry I didn't discuss that with you privately first but came out in public with it. But you really need to get married before you turn 35, that way, the board members will respect you more." Felicity said.
"You didn't get married and everyone still respects you." I replied without lifting my eyes to look at her.
"It's totally different, they know my situation. They know it is impossible for me to be with a man." Felicity said.
