Three

As my body juggles on the stranger's shoulder, I try to scream.

His fingers tightens around my waist as I let out a peep, and his voice takes over.

"Try to scream and we'll end up shoving two bodies in a bag," He threatens.

Shit… he saw me staring.

I gulp in disbelief, still trying not to make a sound.

As we come closer to the narrow road where the body ramming scenario is taking place, my soul almost leaves my body.

Getting close to the scene and his friends, the stranger with the impressively strong physique knocks me down and threatens me with his eyes not to run

So I didn't.

I wouldn't dare.

Standing with three built dangerous men, I am scared and I'm pretty sure my heart beat can be heard from miles away. Am I going to die?

Is this the end?

"Who the fvck is she?" One of the men cusses as he glares at me.

I can hardly make out his face thanks to the dark night but I know he is sure glaring at me.

"I saw her staring at both of you," the one who had obviously caught me says, gritting his teeth.

"Great. I thought you were keeping an eye out?"The other one is fuming.

"Okay, I had to pee! I couldn't keep it under control."

The three of them go quiet, and my heart beat slows down.

"So what are we going to do with her?" The one besides me asks.

"What else..." The one who wouldn't stop glaring at me scoffs.

I let out a squeal as one of them stares down at the bag on the floor before glancing back up at me.

"No." Finally, I speak up. "You can't take my life. No, please. This is a misunderstanding. I swear I didn't even see anything, I promise. I saw absolutely nothing. I just need to find a taxi home and I'll forget about it. Whatever occurred. Well Nothing happened, I saw nothing"

They clearly saw the panic on my face as I spoke and one of them chuckle.

"We know you saw everything. And we're not letting that slide."

"But… b.. But I… b..

My words fumbles.

"But… Nothing,"

Says the one who keeps glaring at me.

As they walk away, one of them throws another an inscrutable glance, and the man who received the glare goes to the man near me, and before I know it, I am being carried and thrown over his shoulder.

I'm trying to get off the crazy built man's shoulder, really trying to fight my way, when he hurls me into a car.

He isn't being careful and my head collides with the roof of the car.

"Hey…!" I yell.

"Sorry not sorry." He scoffs before getting into the car front and letting his two other friends sit beside me. One on my left, and one on my right.

Great.

This night is just great.

As soon as the car starts moving, my entire being wants to jump out of its skin.

I have no idea where we're headed.

My hand reaches for the door, but it is slapped away by the man on my right.

"Where are you guys taking me? I did nothing wrong I swear" I gasp for air.

If I don't get a reply, I might end up crying.

"We know you did nothing wrong. You just happened to see what you were not supposed to see." The one driving chimes in.

"But I saw nothing." I sniff.

"Playing clueless, I like you already." One of them scoffs.

"And Liam is going to love her even more." Another says.

So that's it. This is how my life takes a turn, one of the most difficult turns, and I am killed by these huge men simply because I caught them shoving someone in a bag.

I am aware of the tears that are beginning to well up in my eyes, but I don't care and just let them fall.

There is silence among the men in the car, and I am crying silently.

I wish I could scream, but if I lose my cool, they might slit my throat.

I don't know why I bothered to drag myself up to this ludicrous club today.

As the man on my left begins speaking, I find myself unable to focus on anything but the completeness of his voice.

"You don't think Kim would notice her husband gone now do you?"

Who the hell is Kim? Is her husband the one in the bag? I feel sorry for her already.

But why should I care? All I want is to get out of this car and away from these threatening men as quickly as possible.

"Nah, I don't think she'll notice. Kim had wanted nothing but to choke Harry Houston to death, she wouldn't mind." The man on my right responds, and the group laughs together.

   Wait.!

Harry Houston! As in, the Mayor of this city, Harry Houston also known as H.H.

That poor old man, all gone thanks to these insane men with me, and whoever put them up to this.

"Shit!" Cries the man on my right.

I slowly turned toward him as I felt his gaze.

"We said too much. She knows too much now." He glares at me.

"I heard nothing." I blurt out.

"Don't panic, Greg; she is in our hands, and Liam will know what to do with her." The driver adds.

"Well what if she escapes and now thanks to you she knows my freaking name Kane!" Greg panics.

"I'd like to see her try; she can't escape with such a small body and flabby weak legs; she'll need more than her body and brain to escape or outwit us." The Kane guy who's driving scoffs, and I catch his smug expression in the rearview mirror.

Ugh. I hate him already.

And Did he just call my legs weak and flabby?

If there is one thing that my friends consistently compliments me on, it would have to be my mouth watering legs.

I hate the fact that he's underestimating me and I hate the fact that he's right.

I really want to slap that smug look off his face, but then he'll beat me to a pulp and shove me into another bag.

I am having such a great night.

Again, there is complete silence in the car, and I am unable to hear myself think. My mind is filled with nothing but images of my body being stuffed into a bag, and it's making it difficult for me to think clearly.

I know I can't do anything, not against three big men.

What have I gotten myself into?

My phone rings, and I jerk; all eyes turn to me, and as I reach for my phone in my pocket, the man on the right eye threatens me, and I gulp and leave my phone alone.

I love whoever is calling, but if you can come save me without me answering the phone, I'll love you forever.

The phone stops ringing, and we continue our silent ride.

I hate the silence. And it's not like I like when they speak too.

After going for another mile, I sigh.

I couldn't take it any longer, so I resorted to the I need to pee trick.

"I have to pee," I state firmly.

I receive no response

"I said, I have to pee" I shake my legs, to give it the dramatic out of control bladder situation.

"And, we care why?..." The man on the left looks at me.

I can't believe my eyes and ears.

I scoff almost silently.

"I said I have to freaking pee! I've seen kidnappers who let their victims get bathroom time" I snarl.

"We're not kidnappers."

"And we're not keeping you hostage."

"Then why are you taking me with you!" I yell.

The driver, Kane, sighs. "Because you saw something you shouldn't have and I don't freaking need to explain this to you anymore. You saw and now Liam will deal with you however he wants, and it's none of our business." He yells pressing the honk button at the process.

"But it's still kidnapping," I say under my breath.

 And Liam.

Liam, who the hell is he and Why does the name send shivers already.
