"What are you doing here?" I asked bitterly.

I could never forget how he made me such a fool by making me believe his flowery words that he likes me, but right after that, I just caught him kissing another woman in the mall!

"We have to talk," he said firmly.

I chuckled in sarcasm. "Talk? About what? About your cheating and then twisting the story as if I were to blame why you did such a stup*d move, huh?!"

He let out a deep breath. "Tamara, you have to listen to me first."

"Well, I don't want to because I don't have time for that. After work, I'm gonna be visiting and watching over my dad in the hospital," I said coldly.

But he seemed to ignore that. Instead, he insisted, "Let's talk about us, Tamara."
