But Maverick didn't react and instead, held her on her shoulders and turned to face the show. He stayed behind her, arms around her shoulders.
"Are you trying to kill me?" She asked, feeling more awkward about their position.
"Stop with your imagination, Emilia. We're here to see the show," Maverick answered.
"Yeah. We're here to watch the fire dance, not you being so clingy on me," she butted in.
Maverick released her and when she looked at him, his brow was already arched and his arms were crossed to his chest.
