I dried my hair as I got out of my bathroom. Once I was done, I changed into something more comfortable and relaxing.

"How was work?" Gina asked me as I walked into the kitchen.

I sat down, "It was stressful, tiring, every horrible word you can imagine."

She chuckled and handed me a cup of coffee, "Here, have some coffee," she suggested.

"No, I don't like coffee. Can you please make some hot chocolate, please?"

She smiled, a genuine smile on her face, "As you wish, Mrs. Romano," she said, earning a glare from me.

"Heyyyy, I thought we agreed you wouldn't call me that," I said in a stern tone.

We were both lost in our own worlds, laughing and telling each other funny stories and embarrassing ones, but it was ruined when someone cleared their throat.

"Elena? What is she doing here? Because Alexander is not here."

"You, why are you here? Where's Alexander?" she asked in a demanding tone.
