CHAPTER SEVENTY FOUR: Recorded

SHERNON’s POV

I was just doing my daily routine of obsessively cleaning my entire unit and was about to cook dinner when I received a bunch of texts and calls from Landon. He is inviting me to go to this new bar and have a drink with him.

At first, I was really skeptic with his invitation dahil iniisip ko kung ito ba talaga ang tamang panahon para mag inom kami dahil as I know, kakaayos lang nila ni Samsara.

I don’t know how she would feel if instead of her partner going straight home after work eh sa bar ito dumiretso para uminom.

“Sure ka ba na okay lang to kay Samsara? Eh diba medyo complicated pa naman yung sitwasyon niyo?” I asked Landon who’s setting up the foods and drink at our table after itong maibigay sa amin ng waiter.

He nodded repeatedly. He actually seems so unbothered. “Yep, yep. It’s okay with her kasi nagpaalam naman ako. I even sent him a stolen picture of you.” At inilabas niya ang cellphone mula sa kanyang bulsa.

I frowned when I saw my mouth open in that picture.
