Shan's POVThe waiters came over and asked for our order. If only Uncle Derek was here, he would probably already know what we both wanted.  When the waiter left I looked at Ciara who was drinking her Matcha Milk Tea, "Why isn't Uncle Derek here?"  She sighed, "We are supposed to be having dinner with our family tonight."  

Shan's POVOur practice was finished, and the coach was just starting to speak when I observed that everyone was staring at their iPhones, and some even came out as if someone was creating a fuss.   I was just listening to our instructor, as soon as I saw Patrick enter the gym and call me out of it.   Our coach appeared to be finished speaking, so I grabbed my stuff and dashed over to him, "What went wrong? Why are people so preoccupied right now?"   "Come on! Hurry up to the second floor! Ciara is being harmed by Julie!"   My eyes widened, so I dashed through the mob, where I saw her tweaking the invincible Ciara, my girlfriend, once more.  

Shan's POV"Babe, I can't believe daddy John isn't my biological father," I stated as my girlfriend tried to calm me down.   "Babe, I know there's a significant reason your mother kept everything hidden from you, and I know she doesn't want to hurt you," she said.   I got out of bed and pondered. Is it possible that whoever is my biological father abandoned by mom or that he abandoned us? Ciara's POVWhen we arrived at McDonald's, Patricia inquired, "What did she say to you?"   "Nothing," I explained, "she was just sorry and said her father is coming home today, so Mr. Phillip Garcia will be in Butuan."   "Which implies, Shan's father too," Faith remarked abruptly, sighing, "does Shan already know about this?"  "I doubt it," I shrugged. "Julie never informed Shan about it. She wants to tell Shan, but she hasn't had the opportunity to meet him yet."  I quickly saw Patrick waking in our direction so I stood up in my seat and assisted Patrick in lifting the plate of food. "Thanks, Ciar. So, what's our gossip for today?"

Ciara's POVI was bored viewing movies and clips on Facebook while I scrolled through my phone. Things are different now that Shan is out, and I haven't spoken to him since our earlier fight.  I'm not used to being enraged and irritable with each other, but I'll give it some time. My parents are right that he requires time to reflect and change. Maybe he was surprised by what was going on, but I can't make him accept it right immediately, especially since he has no idea who that man is.  According to Patrick, I only feel sad for his biological father. I'm sure he misses Shan terribly because Shan is his son, of course. Shan, I'm sure, is unaware of this.
