Danica’s POV   I still haven’t found where that delicious scent is coming from as I go down to the party. I take a quick look around at the final touches and I am very pleased with how things look. The music has a nice sexy upbeat and there are already wolves on the dance floor showing off their moves. I walk to the bar and order a stiff drink. It’s hard for werewolves to get drunk so one drink won’t do much. Jessie’s POV   I yelled at my warriors to carry Alpha Jackson to the pack hospital as I scooped up Danni’s limp naked body into my arms bridal style and ran out of the room with her heading in the same direction as my warriors. I didn’t realize that I hadn’t even told Beta Jacobs goodbye before dashing out of the room. For the life of me I could not understand what had transpired between Danni and Alpha Jackson inside of that office but I knew that I would damn sure get to the bottom of it all. Danica’s POV   Our dinner goes really well as our packs get better acquainted with one another. Jessie came into the dining hall with Beta Femme Jacobs hanging all over him like usual. I noticed that Alpha Jackson was paying close attention to how she was acting too but he and I also had a part to play until we could get some of this mess figured out. We let Beta Jackson in on what was going on as well so that he could kind of play along and be happy for the mating couples.
