Babe's POV The next morning in school, Hunter avoided me like a plague. He had always appeared in my line of vision since I stepped foot into McVegas' high but not anymore.   He was leaning against his locker when I first saw him in the morning and immediately he sighted me walking towards him, he turned and walked away.    I stood fixated at a spot trying to decipher what had happened. I wasn't planning on talking to Hunter in the first place but the fact that he did that made me glad I hadn't made up my mind to talk to him.  He stole my first kiss and he had the nerve to act that way. Typical bad boy.    "Babara, the principal wants you to see her. She's in her office," A student that I don't even know her name informed me.

Babe's POV A loud crashing sound resonated across the room and I stood up from the chair sharply. I took the TV remote control and reduced the volume of the movie that I was watching.   If it was an action movie, I would've deduced that the noise was from the TV but I was watching a  rom-com Korean series that didn't have any action scenes except for cuddlings and kisses.   My heart skipped a beat as another crashing sound reverberated. I stood fixated, I was too scared to move.    Then, a coughing fit and a string of curses followed in turn. I shrieked as a loud noise of horror found its way out my throat when a completely naked man walked out of the room opposite the living room.   

Hunter's POVThis isn't possible! No! This can't be happening. Those were the words running through my head as I ran out of the house towards Xavier's place.  What Barbara had seen couldn't have been possible. She couldn't have seen a vampire in broad daylight in Paradise Creek'. It's almost impossible. I and Xavier had that agreement a long time ago, he would stay in the town as long as he helped me with Zion. He was supposed to keep his existence a secret and I'll play the part of feeding him. He told me he had no plans of bringing other vampires into the town or resurrecting dead ones. Shit!
