Just as she put the last file in the cabinet, the door behind her opened. She turned around and saw a tall good looking man walk in. His curly hair was neatly tied in a man bun. He was in a navy blue suit and he had his eyes on his phone. "Hey, Asri_" he stopped mid-sentence when he looked up and saw Selena instead.  Grey. His eyes were pale grey just like a certain unimpressed boss she had in mind. Selena was not really a fan of men with beards but this one she could swoon over. It was short and well kept. His ears had two piercings each but only his left ear piercings had ear rings. "Well hello there, Love." He said grinning from ear to ear. It made Selena feel very uncomfortable but she chose to ignore the feeling and smiled back at him. 

Selena waved off the taxi after paying. She had her eyes on the police building in front of her. She smiled as she walked towards it_ it felt way more comfortable than being at Gratia Plena.She opened the door and walked into the reception area, looking around as if she hadn't been there for ages. Selena waved in greeting to Winter, the police secretary and she waved back with a smile. Selena went on to the main hall where the main business at the station happened. Everyone's desks were there and it was usually in a bustle. She looked around until she saw her desk right next Darral's desk. It was then that she knew that she really missed working at the station with everyone else. Her detective role was always so busy and thrilling. She usually carried out sting operations after tracing the perpetrator(s) of a case but never full undercover operations_ despite it being a main part of her job.Although working at Gratia Plena

"No." Asriel stated firmly without looking up at Selena. He had the annoying habit of not giving her or anyone else his full attention. The only one who was ever able to grab all of his attention was Asaiah– and that was probably because he had to keep an eye on him.It had been a week since Selena started working with Asriel but all he ever let her do was sort out files and recite to him his schedule. Such was an obstacle in her investigation. Maybe if she had more access to his life then she would perhaps gather a little more information about him and his connection with the case."Sir," Selena said as she sat down in front of him on the guest chair.  For the third consecutive night, Asriel woke up feeling cold and sweating at the same time. He was breathing heavily as if he been running in his sleep. He glanced at the digital wall clock on top of his door and realised that he had only slept for about an hour.   "Damn it!" He said as he slowly got out of his bed. He hated over working himself but he hated sleeping more, especially if it meant that he had to deal with the same nightmares over and over again. He walked out to the balcony and stood at the edge while staring off into space.   He sighed, suddenly regretting the fact that he had skipped another therapy session with Emmanuel. Most of the time, Emmanuel would call him and find out why he skipped a session or just force him to come all together but not that time. Asriel was not even sure if he was relieved or worried.   

"Will that be all?" The waiter asked Selena and Gina as he finished writing down what Gina had just ordered.     "Yes, that will be all. Thank you." Gina said smiling while Selena just nodded. The waiter bowed his head.     "Very well then." He turned to leave but stopped and stared at the flowers in the vases that were on each side of the door as if he had seen something displeasing.    Gina and Selena watched him in confusion as he muttered to himself angrily and started rearranging the flowers.     It only took him two minutes to finish his task after which he smiled like he had just won the lottery and left quickly. The flower arrangement did not even look any different from the way it was initially.       Gina rolled her eyes. "What a perfectionist. The flowers do not even look different."
