Chapter 6 Getting Freaky

The villa's garden was abuzz as the party was in full swing. Many ladies in high society gathered together. They had found a common topic for discussion—Rebecca's dress that didn't fit well.

As the birthday party gradually became livelier, some people couldn't wait any longer. They asked Jessica to make a wish and cut her cake.

Jessica walked up to Daniel and said, "Dan, come and cut the cake with me."

Daniel glanced at his watch, and his expression darkened. "I'm going to look for Rebecca. You may go ahead and cut the cake with Mrs. Brown."

Jessica didn't expect Daniel to be the first person to think of Rebecca. A vicious expression appeared on her face for a brief moment.

She initially planned to mention that woman after cutting her cake. But when she checked the time, the situation should be at its climax. It was the perfect time to bring people over to check it out.

She smiled and said, "I almost forgot Rebecca is back. I'll go with you then. I wonder if she's upset with the whole dress situation. I'll go and explain it to her with you."

At first, Daniel wanted to refuse. But upon hearing what she said, he hummed in agreement. Then, he walked inside the villa.

Jessica watched him walk right toward the villa, and her smile immediately disappeared. All that was left was a look of resentment.

She glanced at her friends behind her and signaled them to follow Daniel.

They then started inviting more people to join them. In the end, over a dozen people followed them into the villa to check out what was going on.

Soon, the crowd reached the room on the second floor. It was at the farthest end of the villa.

As soon as the door was opened, everyone gasped. Then, they turned to look at Daniel at the same time.

The floor was a mess, with clothes lying all over. There were men's jackets, pants, and shirts. Rebecca's ill-fitting dress even hung at an angle on the room divider. And it happened to block the shadows reflected on it.

The messy floor was shocking enough, but the sound that came from the room at that moment made it worse.

"Gosh, you're so good! Oh yes, just like that!"

"I'm next. Don't cut in line!"

"Be patient. You guys can go one by one. Take your time."

Everyone had a complicated look on their faces, and they began to criticize Rebecca in their heads.

The adopted daughter of the Browns was truly bold! She was actually getting freaky at her sister's birthday party. And by the sound of it, she was doing it with more than one person.

Could it be that Rebecca knew Daniel loved Jessica, so she did this to get back at him?

Oh no, it should hurt more since she was doing it with two people at the same time! What a bold woman!

While they were still shocked, one of the men in the room cried out, "Why is it me again? I've reached my limit!"

Everybody gasped again.

Wow! Rebecca was truly remarkable. She already had two men, yet she was far from satisfied.

They all looked at Daniel with a complicated gaze.

Seeing that the timing was right, Jessica said, "Rebecca should be … How about we leave for now?"

Before she was done, Daniel walked straight toward the room divider. He looked sullen, and there was a frosty air around him.

As if he had lost his senses, he angrily pushed over the room divider, clothes and all.

The room went silent for a long time after the long crash.

The people rushing in to catch a glimpse of the drama also fell silent. They held their phones up but were so shocked by what they saw that they forgot they had started recording.

Jessica pushed the crowd away as she squeezed herself into the room.

Before she even appeared, her sharp criticism had already echoed in the room. "What are you doing, Rebecca? How could you do such a thing? You—"

She suddenly held her tongue.
