Luxiana Sommeris
Damien was silent for a moment before a dark chuckle escaped his lips. “You can make me disappear once I’ve satisfied your desires,” he said, his voice low and filled with promise.
I shook my head, clenching my fists tightly as frustration rose. There were too many things about him that didn’t make sense—his existence, his presence in my life—but something he mentioned earlier lingered in my mind, something I couldn’t shake.
“My necklace…” I began, my voice faltering as I searched for the right words. “You said something before. You thought my bloodline was lost—what did you mean by that?”
Damien’s eyes darkened, his gaze sharp and intense as he interrupted me. “I can only tell you if you feed me,” he said, his tone smooth but carrying an unmistakable edge. His stormy blue eyes seemed to gleam with a dangerous hunger.
“I—I have food in the kitchen,” I stammered nervously, regretting my question almost instantly. “You can get something there.”
My instincts screamed at me to back away, but something about him made me think he knew more than he let on, something I needed to understand.
He stepped closer, his calm demeanor unsettling. “I don’t need food from your kitchen. I need to be fed by your desire,” he said, his voice steady, as if this were the most natural thing in the world. “And to do that, I must do something to you.”
A chill ran down my spine. “I told you to stay away from me,” I bit out, my voice trembling as I bit down on my quivering lip.
The night seemed to stretch endlessly before me, each moment dragging as I longed for this strange, terrifying encounter to end. I wanted him gone—wanted him to vanish like a bad dream.
“But I can’t,” he said, his voice soft yet unyielding as if my words held no power over him. He stopped in front of me, his presence overwhelming.
“You called me here, Xiana. You’re the one who summoned me.” His gaze pierced through me, and for the first time, I felt something sharp tug at my heart—an unexpected pang of guilt.
It was then that I truly understood—no matter how dangerous he seemed, there was no escaping him now. My subconscious had led me down this path, drawing me to him, whether I was ready or not.
“C-Can you please just give me more time? I need to get to know you first... I-I also need to prepare myself,” I stammered, a heavy sigh escaping my lips as the weight of the situation settled in.
Damien's eyes gleamed with an intensity that made my pulse quicken. “Are you saying you're giving it a chance?” he asked.
I nodded slowly, fully aware that this moment, this decision, would linger in my thoughts, haunting the quiet of my peaceful nights.
“Yes... just give me time to process all of this. I need to think it over.”
What happened next took me by surprise. In the blink of an eye, he was standing right in front of me, and before I could even react, I found myself gasping as his arms enveloped me in a tight embrace.
His lips pressed gently against my forehead in a gesture so intimate, it made my heart stutter. I felt every beat of it, hard and fast, as if it was trying to break free from my chest. This was what happened when you had been single for what felt like your entire life.
“Can we at least start with a kiss?” Damien's voice was almost pleading, raw, and vulnerable in a way that tugged at something deep inside me. “I'd grow weak without feeding on you.”
I tried to step back, to push him away, but my strength faltered. It wasn’t enough—not against him. “I-I told you to give me time... I-I can’t—”
“Just a kiss,” he whispered, cutting me off. His tone softened, almost breaking through the barriers I had carefully built around my heart.
I stared into his stormy blue eyes and wished I hadn’t. The moment our gazes locked, it was as if I’d been hypnotized, every rational thought slipping away.
I couldn’t speak or move, except for the inevitable pull of our faces moving closer together, an invisible force drawing us in.
My heart pounded harder, each beat ringing loudly in my ears. I wanted to run—to get away before he could hear how fast it was beating—but I didn’t. Instead, I closed my eyes, surrendering to the moment as our lips met.
For a while, the kiss was soft, still. Time seemed to stand still with our lips pressed together until he began to move against mine, the sensation stealing the breath from my lungs.
I parted my lips to protest, to say something—anything—but in that split second, he took advantage of it.
His tongue slipped inside, brushing against mine, and I was almost overwhelmed by the rush of pleasure it brought me.
Bewildered, I found myself lost in the kiss, caught in a world I hadn’t been ready for yet couldn't escape from. He moved away before his hands started roaming around my body while I was catching my breath.
He made sure I saw the way he licked his bottom and upper lip as if he was telling me that he would savor what we shared a while ago.
“Tastes like strawberries. See you later, Xiana.” As those words left his lips, my eyes shot open wide, jolting me out of the dream.
I lay there, breathing heavily, the remnants of that surreal encounter still clinging to me. It felt too real, too vivid, like a lingering touch.
This was enough to drive anyone mad. Shaking off the strange sensation, I decided to rise from bed. I had work today, and the last thing I wanted was to trouble Margaret again.
I slipped into my long white skirt, paired it with a cropped green blouse, and padded across the room to find my sandals.
Pausing before the mirror, I caught my reflection—emerald eyes staring back, fair skin still faintly flushed from the dream.
My deep chestnut curls tumbled down my back in soft waves, though I would have to tie them up for work soon. The thought of work grounded me, pulling me back to reality.
With a soft sigh, I slung my bag over my shoulder and went to the city library. On the way, I grabbed a quick breakfast, the familiar rhythm of the morning routine helping me shake off the lingering haze from the dream.
When I arrived at the library, a small smile tugged at my lips. The familiar scent of books, ink, and parchment hit me like a comforting embrace, filling me with a sense of peace.
“Xiana, are you feeling better now?” Margaret’s voice floated from behind, pulling me from my thoughts. I turned to see her, a kind smile lighting up her face.
“Yes, I'm better now,” I replied, offering her a smile in return. “Sorry for causing you trouble the other day.”
Margaret chuckled softly, shaking her head. “Oh, don’t worry. You’ve been working so hard, you deserve a break or two.”
Her words were warm, and I couldn’t help but bite my lip, a bit embarrassed by the fuss. But Margaret’s kindness was like a balm, soothing the unease I hadn’t even realized I was carrying.
“By the way, we have a new hire starting today,” Margaret mentioned casually as we made our way toward the main office.
“Really?” I perked up, a spark of excitement flickering inside me. “Does that mean someone will be taking care of the second floor now?” The thought of having more time to tidy up the first floor was strangely satisfying.
“Yes, but not for long. He’s waiting for an offer, he has nothing to do so I let him work here for a while.” She explained.
“And take note, he’s handsome,” Margaret added with a playful grin. “I’ll try to set you up with him.”
I shook my head, already tired of where this conversation was heading. “No, we are not going to that topic today,” I sighed, feeling the weight of her matchmaking attempts. Margaret only chuckled, her laughter light as she gave my shoulder a friendly tap.
“But you should start meeting people, Xiana,” she said, her voice carrying a trace of concern. I could tell she wanted to push the subject further, but instead, she kept it simple.
“If I wanted to meet someone, I’d have already tried,” I replied, my tone more honest than I intended. “It’s just not something I’m interested in.”
I noticed that familiar look of worry flicker across her face again, the one that appeared whenever the topic of my love life came up.
“Are you sure you don’t want to give it a try? I swear, he’s very handsome,” Margaret pressed, but I simply shrugged, brushing off her comment.
As we arrived, I stashed my things in my locker, aware of a presence behind me. I could feel someone watching, quietly observing my every move.
“Hello, you must be Luxiana,” a velvety voice cut through the air, smooth and unexpectedly soft. I turned around to find a young man standing there, his blonde hair slightly tousled, and thick glasses framing his face.
“Hi, yes, that’s me. You must be the new hire...what’s your name?” I asked as I absentmindedly pulled my hair up into a bun.
“Antonio, but just call me Anton,” he replied, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips. “I won’t be here long though. Madame Margaret was kind enough to let me work here while I wait for my job offer.”
“Yeah, I heard it from her. Nice to meet you, Anton,” I said, extending my hand. He shook it warmly, and I could feel the sincerity in his grip.
“Margaret has a big heart like that. Just wait for me, let me show you around.”
Anton waited for me before I started showing him around, especially the tasks he needed to do while staying here.
“So if you get hungry, there’s food just near the library if you didn’t bring any snacks along with you,” I said while we were concluding our task distributions.
Anton nodded, “Thank you, Luxiana. I appreciate you for this. Would you like to grab some snacks right now?”
I was about to shake my head but thought about what Margaret said. Maybe…I should try to interact with people so I can meet them.
“Sure, why not? I’m famished.” I said, knowing that I had gone to buy a meal before I arrived at the city library an hour ago.
To be continued…
Luxiana SommerisAs we sat down with our coffee orders in hand, Anton leaned forward, a curious smile on his lips. “So, how long have you been in the city, Luxiana?” he asked, his voice casual yet warm. Then, almost as an afterthought, he added, “Oh, and how old are you? I just realized I might not be giving you the respect you deserve, depending on that.”I couldn’t help but chuckle softly at his sudden concern. “There’s no need to be so formal, really,” I assured him, offering a light smile. “I just turned 26 this year.”His eyes widened in surprise, a playful spark flickering in them. “Wait, so you’re like my older sister!”I clutched my chest dramatically, pretending to be wounded by his words. “I’m not sure whether to take that as a compliment or not, but if that’s how you feel comfortable, then sure,”We both burst out laughing, the atmosphere light and easy between us. After a moment, I took a sip of my cold caramel macchiato and glanced over at him. “What about you? You look
Luxiana Sommeris“That’s completely different, but you know what? Forget it.” I sighed deeply, standing from my bed to look for some hair tie. When I found one, I tied my hair into a messy bun, then turned to look at him.He wasn’t wearing a shirt, just a pair of ripped, baggy jeans that hung loosely on his hips. How could someone pull off a look like that so effortlessly? But the thing is, I needed to get to know him. The sooner he could fulfill whatever strange, unexplainable desire I had, the sooner he’d be out of my dreams for good. The problem? I had no idea what I truly wanted. This is why, getting to know him was probably the best way to kill time while I tried to figure it out—or maybe even give in to whatever my subconscious was craving.I sank back onto my bed, trying to shake off the strange tension in the room. “Okay, so what’s your full name?” I asked, breaking the silence. He was sitting on the edge of the bed, and for some reason, the whole atmosphere felt extremely di
Luxiana Sommeris“Good morning, Xiana,” Margaret greeted me warmly as I entered the library. “Looks like you had a rough night, huh? Those dark circles are doing all the talking. Is everything alright?”I groaned, dropping my bag beside my locker. “A demon kept me up all night. Honestly, I barely slept. I’m unsure if what I got qualifies as sleep at all.”“Huh? Demon?” Margaret’s eyes narrowed playfully as she leaned in. I cursed myself inwardly—mentioning something like that wasn’t exactly wise. “Are you talking about a man, Xiana?”I rolled my eyes. “No, Miss Margaret, not a man. As much as they can be like that, this wasn’t one of those situations. I was reading the manuscript Anton sent over last night. It’s about an angel and a demon,” I replied. Technically, that wasn’t entirely a lie.“Oh! So that’s it!” She grinned, her fingers finding my waist to poke me teasingly. “You and Anton, huh? Getting close now?”Margaret’s teasing was relentless. I giggled, trying to swat her hand a
Luxiana SommerisI closed the door behind me, letting the soft click echo through the quiet of my home as my gaze drifted over familiar details. “I’m home,” I murmured to the space, a strange comfort in voicing it. My footsteps were gentle as I made my way to my room, allowing the tranquility of solitude to settle around me.After a warm shower washed away the day’s weight, I brewed a cup of black coffee, the rich aroma wafting through the air. Sitting cross-legged on my bed, I reached for my old, faithful laptop from the bedside table. I needed answers, explanations, and something to make sense of what happened to me a little while ago. My fingers moved swiftly over the keys, my eyes scanning screen after screen, but every search left me empty-handed. Nothing on the internet held the answers I sought. The strangeness left me unsettled—had I been having visions?I caught myself biting my lower lip, my gaze fixated on the dark, steaming coffee. An inexplicable thought came over me,
Luxiana SommerisThe sensation of him so close, his breath brushing against my neck, made my heart race in a way that was both exhilarating and nerve-wracking. There was something indescribably different about it—a warmth that sent shivers through me, as if a thousand butterflies had taken flight in my stomach, their delicate wings performing intricate dances of somersaults that left me breathless.Damien’s kisses were like the softest whispers of fire against my skin, each one deliberate and lingering, as though he was mapping out every inch of my neck with infinite care. His lips were warm, tender, and impossibly gentle, never missing a spot, as if his sole focus was to ensure that no part of me went untouched by his devotion. With his tall frame towering over me, the weight of his presence pressed against me, grounding me and overwhelming me at once. I couldn’t help but notice the unmistakable hardness of him against my thigh. I tried to push the thought aside and focus on anyth
Luxiana SommerisI blinked, momentarily taken aback by her statement. My cheeks grew warm, though I refused to give her the satisfaction of a reaction. Instead, I shook my head and let out a quiet sigh. Margaret, with her ever-youthful sense of humor and boundless energy, always managed to catch me off guard. Her age was worlds apart from her way of thinking, yet that very contrast was what made her so uniquely endearing.“Stop it, it’s early in the morning to tease me about that. Besides, Anton might be uncomfortable about it.” I said while tying my hair into a bun.“I am sure he wouldn’t mind!” Margaret claimed childishly. She excused herself because she had to prepare the library with me before we could open.Anton arrived just as we were preparing to open. He usually carries the same cheerful energy as Margaret, always bright and lively, making me feel like an outsider in this little group. Unlike them, I don’t seem to belong to the world of easy laughter and effortless joy. In
Luxiana SommerisWhen I got home, I went through my usual nighttime routine, letting the comforting familiarity settle over me before I crawled into bed. With a sigh, I reached for my laptop, deciding to distract myself by diving into Anton’s manuscript. It was better than sitting with the restless thoughts that had been nagging at me all day.Should I ask Damien about this? The idea crossed my mind, but I quickly dismissed it. He’d only tease me, turning my genuine questions into a game I couldn’t win. He never answered me seriously unless it suited him. The thought left me frustrated, and I sighed again, trying to shake off the unease curling in my chest. I closed the laptop, deciding it was better to sleep than dwell on things I couldn’t resolve tonight. But as soon as I settled into the quiet, something felt off. My ears picked up an eerie sound—so faint and strange it made my eyes snap open. I stayed perfectly still, glancing around. It was my room, no doubt, but there was som
Luxiana SommerisWe stared at each other for what felt like an eternity, the silence between us charged with an unspoken tension. His eyes held me captive, their depth and intensity pulling me in like a force I couldn't resist. They were… utterly mesmerizing, the kind of eyes you could drown in without even realizing it.I tried to tear my gaze away, but it was as if my will had been snatched from me. Finally, with great effort, I managed to gather the scraps of my composure and gently pushed him away, breaking the spell he had unknowingly cast.“Whatever,” I said, my voice sharper than I intended. “Just… stay away from me for now.” The words came out like a hiss, betraying the frustration bubbling inside me—not with him, but with myself.Because deep down, I knew the truth. What happened between us last night wasn’t something I could bring myself to hate, no matter how much I tried. It lingered in my thoughts, strange and confusing, leaving me unsure of how to feel or what to do. I
Luxiana SommerisI was on my way to work, my thoughts tangled in the previous day's events. It had only been twenty-four hours since Anton kissed me in front of everyone at the library, yet the memory still burned in my mind.Since then, he has sent me several messages, but I haven’t read them. I wasn’t ready to deal with whatever he had to say. Margaret, on the other hand, had already found out what happened. She had been worried about me, constantly asking if I was okay. And while I appreciated her concern, I couldn’t help but wish she had said something else—something different. Maybe something that didn’t remind me of what had happened.Still, she didn’t push for details, and for that, I was grateful. As I approached the city library, I stopped for a moment, taking a deep breath in and then slowly exhaling. My heart was hammering against my chest, the anxiety tightening its grip on me. What was I supposed to do if I saw him? What would I even say?The truth was, I wasn’t ready t
Luxiana Sommeris“Did you enjoy everything that happened earlier?” Damien's deep voice broke the silence, his breath still uneven as he lay beside me.We were both catching our breaths, our bodies exhausted from the countless times we had given in to each other’s desires. My limbs felt weak, and sore from the intensity of our passion. He knew it, too. That was why he finally stopped—despite the evidence of his lingering arousal standing tall, aching to be touched.“I loved every second of it,” I admitted honestly, my voice soft but sure. “I never expected that being chained would make things even more exciting… more pleasurable.”From the corner of my eye, I saw him shift, turning to face me. I mirrored his movement, meeting the dazzling blue of his eyes. There was something different about them—something unreadable.“I don’t know how to comfort someone,” Damien suddenly confessed, his voice quieter this time. “All I know is how to satisfy your desires and fulfill my duty as your pro
Luxiana SommerisDamien stripped away every piece of clothing from my body, leaving me completely bare under his heated gaze. I bit my lower lip, unable to tear my eyes away from my reflection in the enormous dressing mirror before me. The sight sent a shiver down my spine—my entire body exposed, every inch of me on display. But what hitched my breath was the man standing behind me, watching me with an intensity that made my skin burn. His piercing blue eyes traveled slowly as if engraving every detail of me into his memory. Then, without hesitation, his hands reached forward. One large palm kneading my breast in a way that sent waves of pleasure through me. I sucked in a sharp breath, my back arching slightly at his touch.“Fuck,” Damien muttered, his voice rough with desire. “Your body alone is enough to drive me insane. This is madness.” His words were laced with raw hunger, and before I could respond, he began shedding his clothes.I barely had time to react before he took hold
Luxiana SommerisI told Damien everything that had happened, and he remained silent the entire time, his expression unreadable, his posture rigid as if bracing himself for something he didn’t want to hear.“Please say something,” I finally pleaded, my voice barely above a whisper. We had been sitting in silence, staring at the open space before us for nearly ten minutes, and the weight of his quietness was suffocating.Damien let out a long, heavy sigh. “I don’t even know what to say… I’m still trying to process that someone did that to you.” His voice was strained, laced with something I couldn’t quite decipher—anger, frustration, or perhaps something deeper.“It’s not something you can avoid,” He told me, “And…it’s bound to happen sooner or later because…once this is all over, once I’ve fulfilled my purpose and satisfied your desires, we’re bound to cut ties.”“W-What do you mean?” I stammered, my heart clenching at his sudden intensity. “Damien, we still have so much to do for thi
Luxiana Sommeris“You’re smiling.”I looked up from my desk at the sound of Anton’s voice. He stood there, arms crossed, watching me with a curious expression. “I don’t think I’ve ever seen you smile like that before. Did something happen?” he wondered.Nothing happened here, in this world. But in the dream realm… things were different. Very different.Damien didn’t stop until I begged him to. Where did he get the stamina to keep going? I had read somewhere that men usually needed time to rest before another round. But apparently, that didn’t apply to him. Was it because he was a demon? Did his nature override such limits?I shook my head, trying to clear my thoughts. I couldn’t believe I was thinking about this at work.“Hello? Earth to Xiana!”I flinched as Anton snapped his fingers in front of my face, pulling me from my thoughts. My eyes blinked rapidly, adjusting back to reality.“H-Hey, I didn’t see you there,” I muttered, startled.Anton narrowed his eyes. “You were literally
Luxiana SommerisWhat he said filled me with a sense of hope. Till death do us part… Did that mean we would truly be together in this realm for such a long time? The thought lingered in my mind, making my chest tighten with emotions I couldn’t quite name. Yet, confusion gnawed at me, slowly unraveling the fragile peace I had just begun to grasp. I wanted to ask him countless questions, to understand everything he had told me, but exhaustion weighed on me. Instead of speaking, I allowed myself to sink into the silence, my thoughts tangled with the weight of his words. The air between us was thick—both heavy and comforting. The quiet stretched on, neither of us needing to fill it with unnecessary words. I exhaled deeply, feeling the ache in my heart intensify.“Thank you for telling me so much about yourself,” I murmured, a small, grateful smile gracing my lips as I turned to face him completely.I reached out gently, my fingers cupping his cheeks. The warmth of his skin beneath my to
Luxiana Sommeris“Lilith is acting strange?” I asked, sipping on the pineapple juice Damien had made just for me. He told me it was good to have before sex, though I wasn’t sure if that was actually true or just an excuse to get me to drink it.When I got home, I didn’t waste any time. I went straight to the bathroom to take a quick shower, eager to see him as soon as possible. By the time I slept and woke up in the dream realm, he was already in the kitchen, preparing food for me. The sight of him cooking made my heart feel lighter.“Yes,” Damien confirmed as he sat beside me. “She came back, but something was… off. She wasn’t acting like herself. Even when I spoke to her, it was like she wasn’t really there.”I frowned, setting my glass down. “What do you mean by ‘off’? What exactly was she doing?”Damien let out a sigh and ran a hand through his hair, looking troubled. “She kept acting like she wanted someone to sleep with her—constantly.”“But the thing is, our queen doesn’t do
Luxiana SommerisFrom the moment Damien and I had sex, I found myself wanting to enter the dream realm earlier and earlier. There was something about the pleasure we shared that became addictive. It wasn’t just me—Damien seemed to feel the same pull as if our connection was irresistible for both of us.Every time I entered the dream realm early, he was already there waiting for me, his presence like a magnet pulling me in. Words weren’t necessary between us. The moment our eyes met, we closed the distance, and our lips found each other in an electrifying kiss. It escalated quickly—hands exploring, clothes discarded, and bare skin pressed together.“Damien…” I gasped his name as he laid me on the bed, his body above mine, moving with purpose and power. I loved this position—the way his weight pinned me down, the control he had as he moved rhythmically against me.“What is this position called?” I had asked him once, my curiosity breaking through the haze of desire.“It’s called miss
Luxiana Sommeris"Okay, so what happened in the faction?" I asked curiously as we settled on my bed. Sitting cross-legged, we faced each other, the air between us thick with unspoken tension.Damien ran a hand through his hair, his expression serious. “Well, most of the succubi and incubi are being punished.”“They’re not meeting their quotas, and it’s becoming a big issue. Apparently, some of their victims are dying, while others are too scared to do anything. Fear has paralyzed them.” he added.I nodded slowly, processing his words. “I see. Did Lilith say anything about this?” My curiosity piqued, but his response was a simple shake of his head.“No,” Damien said, his voice grim. “Even Lilith is missing. Her underlings are dishing out punishment to those demons who haven’t fulfilled their quotas.”I let out a deep sigh, my shoulders sagging under the weight of it all. “There’s a problem in the waking world too.”“A lot of people are dying in their sleep, and there’s no medical expla
