Chapter XV
Whispers, this was all that Karilaya could hear from where she was sitting. She couldn’t understand what the three men were saying to one another as she was a bit too far and she couldn’t move from where she was because all eyes were still basically at her.
Her palms were sweating and her body felt so cold just being in front of the three men, she knew she was still under trial, seeing as how the men looked at her, what she could not understand is what was the reason why they seem to be so secretive even to the people around them.
Deep in thought, Karilaya was startled when finally the three men had stopped talking to one another and began moving.

Virago Chapter XVI
Karilaya stood frozen when she realized where she was, so many things came playing inside her mind. Was she found out, do they know her, why exactly was she here, and for what reason? Those were the things that kept plaguing her mind when she was finally left within the confines of one of the royal guest rooms of the castle. Though the place seemed the same, several things had been removed such as their banner and a few others things that showed the Lushan heritage and replaced with western empires.
