Evander POV. The doctors had to check on her again, I warned them to be careful and not wake her up, Violet was too tired to wake up, the whole treatment had drained her. Violet POV. I wanted to be alone for a bit, I wanted to get away from Evander, or daddy, or whatever his name is, I just wanted to be left alone. Evander POV. I didn't like Violet high voice or attitude, but I knew it was all too much for her, she just came from the medical centre, she was sick and tired, the whole thing was overwhelming for a little thing like her. I decided to give her some time alone, she needed to calm down and think this through, I also gave Hayden an order to keep her company, when I tried to check in with him, Hayden ignored me! "Sir, Luca is trying to reach you," Hayden says, my best friend is trying to reach me, I've been locked in my place with Violet for the last month, you'd think I'd get used to her waking me up every few hours during the night to feed or fuss. But I was exhausted, I could use a little rest, although our bodies are much stronger than human ones, after a month of spending it just taking care of the little thing I was starting to feel tired.
