Chapter 120: Rumble in the Bunker

Gustav's POV

"What are you doing here, Laura?" Ludovic growled, clenching his jaws. "Were you spying on us for for Gustav?

"We're all gonna die. No one is coming out of here alive." Iris croaked, her voice heavy. The fluids flowing into her blood was taking it's toll on her. She struggled to keep her kids open. Her skin had turned paler, almost snow white. Her body shrunk like earthworm in a salt solution. The skeleton of her cheekbone and fingers were vivid under the white lab light.

"Who're you?" I glowered at the erratic woman, ignoring Iris and Ludovic. The soldiers circled around her, aiming their weapons at her. Some of them morphed into their beast, waiting for my call. However, her composure never faltered. Rather, she remained on the same spot, calm as a lake.

She must be bold to walk in on us without a shadow of fear in her round eyes. Her aura was different from that of a werewolf. It was dark; enormously. It saturated the space, unrivalled by my the beasts before her.
