Chapter 4

Their return to Northfolk this time was a little rushed. Molly booked a hotel for them beforehand and planned to settle down before taking out some time to visit the May family.

However, while she was keeping away their luggage, she was shocked to find that the luggage was filled with men's clothes! There were blazers, blouses, neckties, and... men's boxers. There was also a document.

Molly was immediately dumbfounded!

'Did I take the wrong luggage?'

At the same time--

In the presidential suite in the same hotel--

Sean had just arrived and was about to freshen up.

He went overseas to settle some acquisition matters, so he was busy for a whole week.

He had to attend a banquet in this hotel as soon as he came back, so he never really had any time off.

Sean commanded Tony, "Get my clothes out. I'm going to freshen up."

"Alright!"

Tony responded before he pulled the luggage over to him and opened it up.

At the very next second, Tony was completely stunned when he saw the items in the luggage.

Sitting in the luggage were exclusively female clothes, skirts, skincare products, a laptop, sachets...

Sean heard the commotion and opened his eyes. When he saw what was in front of him, he frowned and asked Tony coldly, "What happened?"

The bodyguards were stupefied as well!

The pieces of luggage had never left them ever since they took it.

So how did the items in it change?

While everyone was still in a daze, one of them was suddenly reminded of something. "In the airport! The kid...that pair of twins. They had the same luggage as ours, so they might've taken the wrong one!"

Tony also recalled that incident as he zipped up the luggage immediately and said, "Why are you still standing here? Hurry up and find our luggage back. There's an important document in it!"

If the document got lost, everything they had done would be wasted!

The bodyguards knew how important the document was as well, so they did not dawdle and hurried out of the presidential suite.

On the other hand, Molly was already clear about the reason why they had the wrong luggage.

Alex looked down and looked as sincere as one could be. He admitted his mistake, saying, "It's my fault, Mommy. Please punish me."

Upon speaking, Alex extended his tiny fair arm and turned his palm upwards, awaiting his punishment.

Molly was amused. "You didn't do it on purpose anyway. Why should I punish you?"

There were not any important things in her luggage as she had all the documents with her, so she was not worried at all.

As for this luggage... Molly had already confirmed the owner of it.

On the last page of the document were two big words, "Sean Anderson," and they were written flamboyantly.

The details of the document were about an extremely important acquisition.

Since it was such an important document, the Anderson Corporation would definitely search for it themselves, given their ability!

However, she was still shocked.

The Anderson family had just offered her a large sum of money for her to treat someone in their family, and she bumped into him the very next moment.

'What sort of weird fate is this?'

Molly was mumbling in her heart, but she still told her three babies, "Take some rest first. I'll bring you out for dinner sometime later."

Claudia immediately put her hands up excitedly. "Yay, I want to eat some seafood! I purposely went to do my research before we came here, and I heard that the seafood in this hotel is superb!"

Molly laughed when she looked at the hungry eyes of her little girl. "Sure, my little foodie. I'll bring all of you there to feast later!"

Claudia exclaimed happily.

Ben chimed in as well, "Other than seafood, there are eight famous dishes as well. We've got to eat them all."

Alex smiled as he listened to his siblings talking, but he did not join the conversation. He just went on to take his laptop and sat down.

While Molly was busy responding to the other two, she reminded Alex, "Alex, don't spend too much time on the computer. It's not good for your eyes."

"Sure, mommy."

Alex answered obediently, but his hands were moving fast, bypassing the firewall as he logged onto the hacker's intranet easily.

The Anderson family had already increased their offer to a billion dollars.

Alex thought, 'This man, who is probably my father, has a really deep pocket!'

However, the issue was not about the money but the mistaken luggage. How could he make his mom meet that man?

When his mom got pregnant unknowingly, she did not know who their father was when she gave birth to the three of them!

In order to search for his mom's husband and his siblings' dad, Alex was extremely worried!

Molly was unaware of her son's thoughts at that moment.

Suddenly, her phone rang on the table.

The person who called her was Grandpa Dave!

Molly immediately answered the call.

"Molly, why aren't you back yet? Didn't the plane land some time ago? Why haven't I seen you in the house?"

Grandpa Dave's voice sounded old and rich, and it was filled with concern and warmth on the other end of the phone.

Molly could not help but smile as she responded gently, "I'm in the hotel, grandpa. You should know that I don't want to stay in the May family's mansion!"

Grandpa Dave sighed when he heard Molly. "That's true... What's the point of coming back to a home like this? You'd just be sad if you came back, so it's better if you didn't. Anyway, when will you visit me with my three dearest great-grandchildren? I can't wait to meet them."

Molly took a look at the time and hesitated. "Grandpa, I came back this time to talk about calling off the engagement as well. It isn’t convenient for me to bring my children with me. I'll meet you first and bring you out to have a reunion with the three of them after the engagement is settled. What do you think? I'm going to stay for a while this time, so you can meet us every day."

Grandpa Dave was elated. "Sure! Hurry here. I'm waiting for you."

Molly smiled and said okay before hanging up the phone. She then told her three children.

"Mommy has to go somewhere now. I'll rush back to have dinner with you later. Don't wander around while I'm gone, okay?"

The three children listened diligently. "Got it, Mommy!"

Molly was still rather worried, so she told Alex, "Help me to look after your brother and sister. Don't let them mess around, okay?"

"Sure, mommy. I'll take care of them. Please be careful on your way there."

Alex told Molly with a stern expression.

Molly gave him a peck affectionately and walked out of the room.

While she was waiting for the elevator, the door to the presidential suite that was next to the elevator opened.

Tony pushed Sean out of the room and was about to head down to eat something.

When they reached the elevator, Sean's wheelchair stopped next to Molly as well.

Perhaps it was because Molly was a physician. She could not help but look at the man twice.

Sean initially just looked straight ahead of him.

When the elevator stopped, and its door opened, he saw the woman next to him move, bringing a gush of wind with her.

A herb-filled scent reached him, a scent that was exactly the same as the sachet they found in the luggage they had wrongly taken!

Sean squinted and acted fast as he immediately grabbed her wrist, saying, "Stand there!"
