Sacred Ceremony

Royal marriages were a private thing, but it was tradition for the High Council to take part in it. Each member of the council was required to give a gift to the married couple to bless their union. Each of the gifts had to represent one of the ancient gods. It was to ensure a powerful marriage and an even stronger bond between the two lovers.
