CHAPTER 10

Rachel squatted immediately so Clarke wouldn't see her. She had no reason to do that but her curiosity got the best of her.

While her husband entered the coffee shop through the left entrance she walked out through the right door.

She stood outside, peeping... She was so anxious to know what her husband was doing there at that particular point in time.

"Can you give me a cup of coffee?” Clarke dragged his voice. He was so tired that he couldn't even stand up and wait. He sat immediately.

"Is he working out!" she observed how his shirt was tight and his muscles were visible to the public.

In no distant time, her phone rang. she looked around as people passed by. She felt so embarrassed and she hoped nobody video-tapped her, spying on her husband.

River hill estate belonged to the rich, 90% of people who had residences were the most prominent in the society. The other 10% comprised employees. They were the ones she was scared of.

She picked up the call and spoke out "hello?"
