Thousand times of torture

Kindness in this world went in cycles, and I never thought that the people I had saved by accident would now return my kindness. I picked up the keys on the ground, unshackled the handcuffs and anklets. Then I began my directionless journey through the Illusion Fog. The Thorn Jungle was made all the more terrifying by the mournful cries of countless crows flying overhead. Although I was a tough hunter with all kinds of brutal training, I was also afraid when my heart iwas weak.

The weakness of my heart came from the abandonment and betrayal that followed when I thought of my family and friends, which made my heart cold to the extreme. I might as well stay put because I was not sure if there was anything else chilling in the forest waiting for me. For safety, I chose to stand where I was now. As an old saying went, standing where you were was the safest option while losing direction.
