Gabriel “NO!” I hear Davina yell. Just before the spears reach Derek they shatter as if they hit something. There is some sort of force field around Derek. I look at Davina and as she falls to the ground the force field disappears. “Davina!” Derek and I run towards her. “Alpha I’m sorry, I was told to report to you. Derek I race towards Davina’s Jeep since it’s already in the driveway and jump in the drivers seat as she gets in the passenger seat. She tosses me the keys and I speed towards the park Malayah was taken. I’m worried Davina will lose control of her powers when we reach Malayah. “Hurry Derek,” Davina says, urging me to go faster. We arrive at the park and Davina jumps out of the Jeep before I can come to a full stop. “Davina wait!” “How can you tell me to wait!” “Let me sniff them out. This is a big park to just go running around trying to find them. We don’t know how many rogues there are,” She agrees and follows behind me. “How are they doing doing that?” I snap my head in Malayah’s direction. “Malayah did you just ask me something,” I ask. “No I was just wondering how mom and Davina are doing that,” Malayah says out loud. I turn to Davina. “She is also telepathic Davina,” I say. “Fascinating, I wonder what other powers Malayah will have since she is the daughter of a silver dragon,” says Dimitri. Davina begins giving Maliyah instructions on how to return to her human form. Maliyah concentrates but nothing seems to be happening. Maliyah begins to panic and the grass and flowers begins o grow at an unnatural speed. It appears she has an affinity to her earth powers. “Take a deep breath Maliyah. It’s okay. You can do it.” Maliyah takes a deep breath but as she exhales she breaths out fire. Maliyah panics and the fire begins to wildly spread. Davina’s eyes turn blue and she pulls water out of nearby tree and puts the fire out. “I’m sorry. I can’t control it. What’s wrong with me,” cries Maliyah.

“No worries love, I’ll take whatever she decides to give. Like I said it’s gonna take her longer to warm up to all this change.” We walk into our room and I watch her take in the scene. We’ve only hung out at her apartment so this is the first time she’s been to the house and my room. I had help redecorating. There is a king size bed against the left wall. Across from the bed is the door leading to the gigantic bathroom. On either side of the bathroom are walk in closets, one for me and one for her. By the window is a bookshelf and couches. “Do you like it?” “This one bedroom is bigger than my apartment,” she replies. Davina It’s finally the twins birthday. I can’t believe they are seven. After everything that has happened it’s good for them to have some fun. Calista is keeping the twins busy while we get Fantasy Farm decorated. I get out of bed and take a quick shower.
