"Catch!" Logan said but I wasn't responding fast enough to catch the croissant. It hit my head and I looked at Logan flatly.

"You're a bad catcher, Mandy." He said as he plopped beside me.

"Tell me which bakery.." I said as I opened the plastic to eat the croissant but before I could take a bite, Logan took it away from me.

"What the?!"

"I told you that I made this, why are you so stubborn?" He hissed and I laughed.

"Fine.. fine! I believe you.." I said as I took my croissant from his hand. He leaned his head to my shoulder and he let out a deep sigh.

"What is it?"

"It's just my father
