6. Death Wish

When I exited the lift and spotted Sir Anthony, I gave a nervous smile clutching my green cardigan and white purse. Eoin had joined Arthur as Sage walked to join them, it appeared that Ben wasn't going to drive there with them.

"You look lovely." Sir Anthony approached and gave the required little curtsey.

"Thanks." I smiled, taking his offered arm. Anthony drove me almost in an awkward silence to a lake house where the students were holding the party. It was someone's holiday home that they had taken over for the bash. The back lawn by the lake had a fire pit lit, and there were some kegs spread out. Some of the guys had gathered around a beer pong table and were already loudly cheering. Music blasted from speakers.

"Let me grab you a drink?" Sir Anthony called over the noise as he walked away.

I had instructed my Royal gaurd to stay out front, and I would call them if I needed them. They relented as the kids here were academy students and had all already been vetted. Anth
