Chapter 15. The Cure

Cheyne frowned at his alpha. How can he find Evangeline Alexander now? They haven't even found her yet in Miami at all. However, Cheyne just remained silent and lowered his head.

“Get some rest, Alpha. The doctor will treat you," he said in a whisper. Gabriel snorted faster, then shook his head.

“Look for her now. Find her quickly!” Gabriel growled and clenched his jaw as he gave orders to his beta.

“I will, Alpha.” Cheyne got up from his position and moved away from Gabriel's bed. Even though Gabriel was in pain, he still had a lot of power to blow some wrath.

The doctor assigned to treat Gabriel approached. He checked again and tried to stop the bleeding from Gabriel's wound. The bullet that hit Gabriel's arm has been removed. However, the wound still continued to bleed. Even though he didn't understand what was happening, the doctor still did everything he could to make Gabriel recover.
