Daniel

When she walked through the door, oh my god how was I going to deal with this without kissing her. “Daniel I’d like you to meet Milly Adams please be gentle with her she’s very shy and she needs to gain confidence as well as to be taught self defence. Which I think will be good for her she needs to address her bullies head on.”

I nodded. “I’ll try my best.”

“I have every faith in you Daniel.”

I smiled at least someone did.

“I’ll leave you to it. I have to see how Kacey is doing. That girl.” He shook his head, before closing the door. “So, your friend... does she often get detention?”

“Always. She’s only sticking up for me, but everyone seems to have it in for her. She’s had a warning of explosion last year if she didn’t book her ideas up.”

“She won’t get expelled.”

“How can you be so sure?”

“Trust me.”

“I wish I could, but the Millers have it in for the both of us her more.”

“I see”

He looked at her. “So shall we begin?”

She nodded.

“Let’s get onto the mat and I’ll let’s head you the basics.”

“Okay.”

They walked over to the mat he could sense how nervous she was. “Chill okay I don’t bite.”

She nodded.

“I’ll teach you everything okay you just have to trust me. I’ll help you with your confidence to.”

“You don’t have to.”

“I won’t to.”

She smiled. God she was gorgeous. I just don’t understand why people are like they are with her.

“So why did you come here Mr. Green? Its not like I need it.”

“A favour.”

“So you know our principal?”

“I do, infact we grew up together.”

“I didn’t think you were old.”

“I’m not, and he’s not either. He took over from his father six years ago he was in his early twenties.”

“Oh.”

“Have you had any self defence lessons before?”

“A few.”

“Let’s see what you’ve got then shall we.”

She grinned evilly. I think she knew more than what she was letting on. And I was right god she was even good as this. I had to distract her and catch her off guard and I did.

I side swept her and she fell to the ground taking him with her, he looked at her. She looked into his green eyes almost transfixed in them. “I want you Kacey.”

He leaned forward. &I’ve gave you long enough what’s your answer Kasey yes or no.”

“Yes.”

I smiled. And leaned forward. “I am mafia Kacey do you think you can handle it? If not back away now and I’ll never come near you again, but if you decide to stick around I’ll take care of you. I want you to join us. I know you can fight. I'll teach you the rest so what’s it to be pass or stay?”

“Stay.”

“Are you sure Kacey once you agree there’s no going back.”

“I understand I chose to stay.”

I smiled pressing his lips on hers kissing her passionately.

“You done really well Milly.”

She smiled catching. Her breath. “Thanks.”

“So would you care to join me for a run in the morning?”

“I..”

“Forget I mentioned it. I just thought we could take a run together and get to know one another and I could take you to the gym I go to and, if you like if you’re still interested in my help. I could get you fit and do a exercise and diet plan for you.”

“I’d love that thank you.”

“Anything to make you happy, Angel” He said kissing her cheek. She flushed. They walked out of the sports hall talking and laughing.

Orlando smiled he’d never seen his brother smile or laugh like that before and especially with a girl one he thought he’d be a complete mess around. “Orlando I’d like you to meet Milly.”

“Nice to meet you, you must me Kacey’s friend.”

“I am.”

“I’ve heard a lot about you.”

“Really.”

“Yes she’s talked non stop about you and I can see why, your a pretty little thing just like her.”

She flushed, Daniel threw daggers at his brother. “Chill bro it was just a complement.” He said dropping his arm over Kacey’s shoulder interning his fingers with hers. “Come bro let’s get the girls home.”

He nodded and they walked away.

Milly sat on the bench alone she’d ducked out after her last lesson she was supposed to meet Kacey but she’d been on the edge because of everyone’s torments this morning and she just wanted to be left a lone she was begging to think these self defence lessons were not going to work and that they’d be a complete waist of time his shadow overcast hers before he sat down. ‘Why are you alone Milly?’

“I wanted to be alone.”

He nodded.

“Don’t you have work or something instead of being here with me?”

He chuckled. “My work is done for now until two then I’m going to the gym. I saw you sitting alone so I thought I’d come and say hi.”

“Well now you have, you can leave.”

“Whowh, what’s with the attitude today?”

“I’m sorry I’ve just had a bad day.”

“So tell me about it maybe I can help.”

“I don’t know.”

“Try me.”

“Okay.” She said, taking a deep breath

She began to tell him how terrible her morning had been and what the kids in her class had been doing to her and the rude comments about her weight and ow ugly she was. He sat listening he couldn’t believe how cruel they could actually be towards another human being, actually he could he and his brothers had gone through the same thing it seems no one was scared of their mafia background but they had soon become unstuck when they had all retaliated. “I don’t think these self defence classes are going to do me any good.”

“They will Milly.’ He looked at her placing his hand in hers. “I have an idea but you may not like it.”

“Anything is better than the way this place is making me feel right now.’

He smiled. “I’ll take you to a place I know tonight okay, and you can see what I do and how I got all of this okay.” He smiled grinning.

“Okay.”

“But.”

She looked at him. “You’ll have to put your all into it. If you’re interested I’ll do a full dietary plan so you’ll be fit and healthy to. I know you mentioned loosing weight even though I like you as you are you need a healthy diet to do what I’m going to show you if that’s okay with you.”

“Yeah that’s fine anything to stop the bullying.”

“If that doesn’t work, then tell them you’ll set your boyfriend on them.”

She looked at him. Gapping. “You…you.”

He smiled. Moving forward. “I really like you Milly. I’d like to get to know you a little more I’d you let me.”

She nodded. Still in shock.

He pressed his lips on hers kissing her she returned his kiss he wrapped his arms around her pulling her close to him kissing her passionately.

“Ergh.” Kacey coughed loudly.

Daniel moved away from Milly. To a smirk on Kacey’s lips. “So this is where you’ve been hiding and sneaking to to meet your boyfriend.”

“It’s not like that.”

“So what was it like then? I went to the cafeteria for lunch and you weren’t there.”

“I’m sorry Kacey, it’s been a bad morning. I came here for some time alone Daniel came over talk that’s all.”

“I can see that.” She said, starting to laugh.

“How are you Kacey?”

“I’m cool.”

“I was just saying to Milly if she wanted to hit these bullies hard there’s a place I go to your welcome to come.”

“I just might.’

“Cool.”

“Orlando will be there to, he teaches kids in the same situation as you on how to deal with their bullies.”

“I already know how. They just don’t know how to back the fuck down.”

He smiled. “Okay well just be there for Milly then.”

“I will be.”

“I’ll see you both at seven at the Phoenix Auditorium.” He said getting up. “You do know where that is right?”

“I do, we’ll be there.”

“Cool.” He leaned forward kissing Milly on the forehead. “I’ll see you tonight.”

She nodded and he walked away.
