"Shit," I cursed under my breath, looking away as I saw the mischievous glint in his eyes.

"Wow, you really care for her so much. Well, the good news is that I came to her rescue earlier before they could succeed in raping her. I killed the one on top of her and warned the other to take care of Ava or I'd kill him and his family after making him get the smell of my Lycan scent. They didn't succeed in raping her. Don't get too angry." He crooned, displaying those sets of teeth in a smile, and that forced my cheeks to flush red in embarrassment.

Fuck! He really got me. Even I am confused for having such a reaction to the news of her rape. It's not like I have anything to do with her.

"Ava is fine. When are you going to meet her? The exquisite goddess in human form whose alluring beauty can make every man drool and desire her like his life," he drawled, grinning in glee, but all he said made me almost puke.
