Beta Miles POV

Shanna makes the worst decisions for herself and I will never forgive myself if she ends her life and I did nothing to redeem the situation. I am still dealing with the pain of losing my parents and I cannot bear to lose my sister. I don't know if I can ever bear the pain and guilt.

I bumped into that useless rogue at the foot of the stairs and it filled my heart with an extreme anger that I couldn't just explain. She was the reason for all this mess and the major reason why she was behaving like the world revolved around her shoulders was because Dane was giving her too much importance.

An annoyed growl rumpled out of my lips, rogues were good for nothing, entirely meaningless and all they did was constitute nuisance. I took one last look at the rogue as she climbed the stairs holding a tub of ice cream. Maybe I knew just what to do to get her out of our lives forever.

I walked into the room and I heard the sound of the water running. It turns out my mate wa
