Elise's pov;

After everyone left, I went straight to my room after bidding goodnight to Brian. When I closed the door and laid on the bed, someone knocked on the door. Is it Brian? When I opened, Mr Alarcon was standing before me. Is he here to scold me?

I said, rubbing my eyes, “I feel so sleepy. Can we talk tomorrow?”

He stepped into my room and closed the door behind.

“Mr Alarcon…”

“I asked you to call me Max. Did you forget it already?”

“I'm sorry… Max.”

“Begin eating green vegetables a lot because you tend to forget a lot of things.” he sat on my bed and continued, “Who are those people who came tonight? You mentioned them as your friends but I heard them calling you as boss.”

“They work in my bakery store. I consider them as my friends, that's why I introduced them as my friends.”

“Is this how you treat your workers? If you give them a lot of space then they'll take advantage and don't do anything properly. They're workers so treat them as one.”
