Charlotte, the flight attendant came back with their food and both of them began to eat in silence. Valentina didn't even want to talk to Alexander. He was acting as if he had known Kendra based on the few altercations he had been told about. The car stopped and Valentina was guessing that they had gotten to the Palace. She didn't feel nervous at all and she really didn't understand why. Alexander turned his head towards her before he spoke. "Your luggage is in your room. I will have maids sent to help you unpack,” he said. “No, that is fine. I want to unpack my luggage by myself," Valentina objected. “Okay, but I will still send the maids to introduce themselves,” he said and she nodded her head in agreement. He stepped out of the car and came to her side to open the door for her, then he put her hand in his and she got out of the car. It was as if the room was made for Valentina. She didn't even want to touch it. It was so beautiful and it was definitely better then the one back home. The room was really big, and it had beautiful cream walls with tiny gold specs on them. There were two doors and she knew one of them led to the bathroom and the other to the closet. Her bed was so beautiful that she was scared to sleep in it. There was not enough black in this room but it was still gorgeous. The room was twice the size of her old room back in her house at her pack. There was a huge vanity that looked like it was made from the finest materials. It was placed in front of her bed and the mirror was so clear that she could see every detail of her bed's reflection. To the right of Valentina's room there was a huge window. “Valentina, we don't have time for this," Alexander said in his usual deep tone that made Valentina to shiver. Valentina knew that they didn't because she wanted to make at least a good impression on the King and Queen but being late wasn't going to help. "No, I decide what we have time for from now on, Prince Charming," she said while smiling sweetly. She knew that she kept pushing his dominance but she didn't care. Valentina was laying on this comfortable ass bed tossing and turning, and for some reason she couldn't sleep. She had been trying to sleep for two hours now, and she was wearing a white silk pajama set. She had also tried going on her phone to distract her but it was just plain boring. She got up and her feet instantly hit the cold floor, so she could feel the draught in this very large castle. It was so cold and she didn't understand why. Valentina walked to her drawer and got a fluffy black robe. Then she walked towards the large door and opened it, going outside her room and closing the door behind her. The hallway was dark and cold as usual, and she rolled her eyes. She should have just grabbed her phone so that she could use it for a light. Valentina found her way to Alexander's door and let out a breath. She knew what she was doing and she know what the consequences were. She took another deep breath before knocking on the door. Valentina just got out of the shower and decided to dress for training. She brushed her wet hair and put it in a ponytail. Then she put on lotion, deodorant, and her underwear. She pulled on a white workout set that she got from her mom. Her mom always complained about the contents of her closet but also helped to contribute to the "problem." That reminded Valentina that she needed to call her mom so she decided that she would call her before she went to train with Alexander. So she walked to her bedside table and picked up her phone, going to the phone app and tapping on her mom's contact. Mrs. Sharpe answered immediately. "Oh my God, Val. I thought you were dead," she said and Valentina rolled her eyes even though her mom couldn't see her, and chuckled at her too. "Don't be so melodramatic, mother," she said while still laughing. Valentina felt really sick. The motorcycle was extremely fast and she had never planned on ever getting on one. Then again she had never planned on getting on a plane, but Alexander must insist on killing her. He seemed to be enjoying this, but she not so much. "When are we going to stop Alexander?" she yelled at the top of her lungs while her arms tightened around his torso. Valentina could feel him laughing at her and now more than ever, all she wished for was to punch him. He didn't answer her question so she just kept her head down to avoid the view of them moving. ***She had been on this death trap for about twenty to thirty minutes. That was extremely long and she hadn't opened her eyes either. She felt the motorcycle start to slow down and eventually it stopped all together.
