Staring at Carter's childhood home, Paisley couldn't help but feel like she knew nothing about him. It was not at all what she expected it to be.

Instead of a mansion or some kind of beach house, she came face to face with a rather normal and modest looking home.

It was a pale green and white painted two storey building with a small garden out front. There was a tiled pathway lined up with beautiful decorative plants that led all the way to the front porch.

Paisley had hid the fact that she was anxious to step into Carter's past. Not only because up until a month ago, they were complete strangers, but also because she had seen enough K-dramas to have an idea of what could happen to her.
