[ Adeline ]

"Xavier, why can't we go outside. I mean look people are skiing and playing in the snow but you have packed us inside." I complained to my husband who was sitting by the fireplace, reading a report that his P.A. sent for him to analyze as it was urgent.

"Give me only five minutes, Adeline. I am almost done." He said still not looking up at me.

"You have been saying the same thing for last half and hour, Xavier. You don't want to come, fine by me but at least let me go and enjoy the sunny day. I am bored of being cooped up inside." I said and again glanced at the people around the lake and a snowy slop.

He sighed and shut his laptop. I grinned mentally that finally he was up for the adventure.

"You're a stubborn mole, Ade." He said and my grin dropped.

"What did you just call me, Mister?" I pointed my finger at him.

"A stubborn mule, yes, I called you that because you're acting like one. The snow outside is soft and you may get yourself in danger." He said without any regre

Adeline you are too much of yourself. You are new definition of selfishness and mean. Only you are right and sensible others are fool and arrogant. Most irritating character of this novel
