Chapter 61 ~ Saving the Enemy

“If not for the fact that Arthur has been up my ass, I would have fired you a year ago.” Nikolai sneered.

“Well then, it’s too bad he’s so far up your ass. So, that means you can’t attend the stripper's party.”Joane folded her arms over her chest.

Nikolai laughed dryly, “Did you come here to protect me or to babysit me?”

“It seems you have trouble differentiating between danger and safety so I’d say, both.” Joane shrugged.
