On the way, as Giselle took Elora home, she remembered the discussion she had with Elon, one of her colleagues back when she still fought for New Moon pack. It was him she had gone to see that previous night and it was his feedback about Elora that gave her sleepless nights.

He too had taken a human child left without no parents at their last mission and his was a boy. He was also able to save the boy from Alpha Diesel and so she thought she should ask him some things about Elora.

" Is the girl still with you?" He had asked to which she said yes.

" You should take her back to her home. She does not belong here. You'll only be causing her to suffer amongst people who hate her even if she had a kind heart " he advised.

" But she has nowhere to go"

" But it's better than here. It's better. Nothing she will ever do will be good enough. She will always feel worthless, trust me, my son felt the same way but I kept holding onto him until he told me he hated me. But could I blame the boy? H
