11. Outrageous

“How did it go?” Eli asked me the moment I went back to where Tyler was seated.

I had to fight back a blush as I said, “I’m going to the bonfire.”

“Great,” he flashed me a dazzling smile which did nothing to my butterflies, contrarily to Alex’s scarce smiles.

I chose not to say that I’d be going to the bonfire with the alpha. That would be awkward. Besides, it was complicated enough trying to figure out the man’s motives for what had transpired.

Was I the new flavor of the month? Was I to be his new plaything? If I were to be honest with myself, I didn’t care, as long as I could call him mine for some time.

It wasn’t long before I was back to my room. I showered and then chose to put on a black tank top with denim shorts. I kept my make-up simple with only lip gloss and eyeliner.

I was about to head out to the alpha’s office when there was a knock on the door.

He stood there, in all his regal beauty, looking every bit the dominant alpha he was.

“I see you are not ready,” he commented
