Broken Trust

***Jasmine's POV***

I paced from one end of the patio to the other. I was waiting patiently for Melissa to show up. There's no way she wouldn't show up when I tell her that it's important.

Presently, only a fool wouldn't want to find out what their nemesis wanted to talk about. For this reason, I believed she would come.

But when the guard arrived, I was informed that Melissa didn't want to see me. At first, I wanted to get mad, but then, I realized that it's no use getting mad. Tomorrow is the last day. If I truly want to save my head, then I must put in more effort to have my plans succeed.
