The rest of the walk that was to the clinic was mostly silent as everyone seemed to be lost in their own thoughts. She could see the gears in the Alphas head turning but she didn't want to ask the reason why. She was already on a bad note with him and the last thing that she wanted to do was for her to make things worse.

They made their way through the pack as they passed a playground. The laughter of children surrounded them on both sides and she couldn't help but smile at the sight of it as she felt her heart warm up.

She wasn't used to seeing sights that were quite like this back on the coven. Most of the people preferred to keep to themselves and there are very few times when people had deep interactions with one another.
