CHAPTER 13

*** MIKEL'S P.O.V ***

He left the Eastern territory immediately after he noticed her absence. He ran to the southern territory but she wasn't there either. The Betas told him that she had sent a message about her whereabouts. She was in the northern territory. He wasted no time and left for the northern territory. He was still in the woods in the northern territory when he saw her. She was running again. He began to wonder if she ever felt tired of running. He ran to her and when they met, he now knew why she was running. She was angry and her silver eyes glowed in the dark, just like his eyes do when he's angry. He didn't know how to calm her. When she asked him what he wanted this time, he could only think of one thing. A run. If running helped her calm down then he would love to do it with her. And he told her. He wanted to run with her.

Her white face looked puzzled when he said it. She completely didn't expect him to say that. She walked past him and he thought she was leaving.
