CHAPTER 10

Iryna patted her hair as she walked through the corridors upstairs with her escorts and Jeremy following closely behind. The meeting went just like she had planned but she couldn’t help but feel a tug in her heart.

Was she too hard on them? Did she let her emotion get in the way? Was it even enough?

Hundreds of questions coursed through her head as they made their way to the study. She wanted to exert her revenge on Michael but at the same time, she wanted to fulfill Fred’s wishes and keep his companies running. Marcus was not such a bad man but he was terrible at managing. The fact that he was favored by Fred made it even more difficult to tame him but she was going to find a way to figure it out.
