Chapter 8-Last will and testament

Joshua also got a private room for his grandfather and admitted him to ensure his health. He knows that he will not come home and that he needs to rest. There, he also decided to talk with the lawyer and the detective.

“Don Lauro, you need to know that Mr. Travis left a last will and testament before this accident happened.” Ben presented first. Ben told everything about Travis’s will except about the woman. For now, no one else should know about it and the enemy might find it out and do something cruel against him.

“What? How did that happen?” Martha asked the lawyer in shock and disbelief. Joshua gave his mother a meaningful look to silence her. She got his secret message and changed the subject.

“I mean, he doesn’t have any other heirs—”

“Maybe that’s one of the reasons why my brother made a last will and testament, Mom.” He interrupted his mother’s speech so his grandfather wouldn’t think of different meaning to her curiousity.

Lauro sighed and turned his gaze to the detective.
