Seven

AURORA’S POV

I watched as the gate opened and let out a black car. It looked so tiny from where I stood but I could tell that it was him. My so called husband.

This seemed like the best chance to run away. To escape before he would return.

Although the whole plan wasn’t yet finalized. I had absolutely no idea of how to get pass the guards without alerting them or having them call him. A part of my brain advised me to make up something about wanting to get something outside or take a walk.

But they seemed unreal and unbelievable.

They weren’t that dumb.

Heaving a sigh, I walked away from the window, taking my steps back to the bed while I bit on my right thumb. Thoughts of what to do running through my mind.

I was running out of time with every second that ticked by. Finally, I made up my mind to sneak out of the house and try jumping over the back fence.

There had to be one here, right?

With that, I stood up, proceeding towards the door. However, it pushed open to reveal a middle age
