Amelia's pov

"I don't feel well," I mumbled under my breath for the last ten minutes or so. Dad didn't believe me clearly since we were now parked in front of a huge two story house.

If this is where Raiden lives, I can now understand why he's such a cocky tool. His parents are loaded. All rich kids feel like they're on cloud nine.

"Amelia," Dad let out a low breath and turn to me, his eyes pleading. "It's just dinner." He reaches out and squeezed my shoulder. "I will be there with you. Right beside you. It's not like I'm dropping you off at some unknown place and leaving you there."

He's right. It was just dinner with his boss and family....his boss's son who I am hoping is not the Raiden I know. A little voice in my head told me it most definitely is the Raiden who irritates me.

I chewed on my lips nervously as I crane my neck to look at the huge mansion. "Is it Raiden? Are you scared of him?"
