Damian was furiously tapping his foot on the floor while his hands were laying on the desk, holding a pen and paper but doing nothing. His brows in one line, his eyes a slit, and his lips so thin it may not exist at all. He was staring at the doors waiting for Hestia to arrive. He came to the school real early and waited for her in the Student Council room. He needs to clarify something with her, and the things he heard isn't helping him.
He was furious this past four days because of her suggestion to accept Arthur's application in which her sister supported. Of course, being known as the calm president, he tried to live in those names but failed. After Hestia's last statement, he stormed off the room and rode home immediately, leaving the two girls staring at each other. An in those four days, they persuaded him to say yes. He kept his poker face and serious demeanor but deep inside, hi
Arthur began his work the very next day. As a treasurer, he has to plan the funds of the school as well as to distribute the yearly fund on every event and occasions with so balance so the school won't have any problems. He also has to keep in check with every clubs to ensure that the budget, funds and their expenses is monitored well. And since he's a member of New Technologies Club, he's capable making a program, and he did— a program that encodes, automatically sums up typed costs, splits the funds in each event encoded with balance, able to canvas the costs of material needed by event and clubs, actually able to give every clubs approximate budgets needed and has found a way to have extra funds by limiting the funds given to each and everyone but not making it short for them; and all he has to do is sign it and give it to Damian.Damian and Excami both has their mouths gaped wi
A/N:Hi my loyal ones! Sorry for the long wait for the update, just got busy because of schoolwork. Anyways, here's the update, hope you guys enjoy! Please vote and follow me! Love you all!Aaron Wysickle Antonio Torento, came knocking into the student council room and asked all that's inside. "Wanna know a secret?" all of them stared at him, baffled and shocked. No one uttered a word, only Aaron was smiling— almost smirking with mischief in his eyes.Everyone was still and frozen in place as he marched to where the three were sitting and accompanied them to their lunch. He sat down beside Damian who stared at him in disbelief. He took a sip to a cup of tea that's supposed to be Arthur's when he came back; he just sat there like
A/N: Hey there my dearest readers! Sorry for the long wait! Anyways, here's the update... ENJOY!He began to tremble ever so slightly, his fingers fidgeting from time to time and his eyes cannot break contact to those in front of him. He began to panic as he recognize those smile: a smile he used to show whenever he has something evil up his sleeves— a smile that shows who the boss– the predator is. Aaron's face ran out of blood, so pale as if he's anemic. His breath hitches from time to time as the two girls tried to stifle their giggles, and the one other males stares at him with much intimidation, like a lion in the wild. His heart beat fastens, his mind a bid turmoil— full of tangled strings— constantly trying to wriggle out but to no avail. He can't decide on what to do: fight or flight?
P.E. the subject everyone in the La Florence Academy dreaded to go. Not only it is tiring, but their P.E. subject is very different to a normal P.E.: instead of teaching some lame normal stuff, they are taught self- defense and other physical trainings that could help them in the future (gymnastics, rock/hill climbing, how to untie oneself, and etc.) considering that they're children of the Elite society. It is vital for them to know how to defend themselves in case something unfortunate happens. The members of the Student Council and Aaron all walked inside the gymnasium only to be welcomed with shouts and grunts from students who were currently climbing a wall. Some were also training karate and judo while most girls are either practicing on a balance beam or was trying to untie themselves. The P.E. class works not by class but by the capabilities of a student; they first measure your
A/N: KYYAAAHH! It's been so long since I've done an update. Finally, semester is over, now hopefully I can post more chapters. I miss you all hope you missed me too. Anyways, here's an update, ANOTHER CHAPTER! YEY! Enjoy reading! And remember: I love you all! The P.E. subject just finished and Excami was on her way to the Student Council room hoping to find his brother and Hestia interrogating the two boys again. She was seen skipping in pure joy, probably because she had that fleeting feeling of how it was like to be a detective. Eyes closed and her smile just radiating joy, that everyone she passes by just also smiles too. But that smile disappeared when she bumped to a— soft wall? Excami fell on the floor with a thud and can't help but let out a yelp of pain. "Ouch! Ow, that hu
SSHS 15“I would like to report something.”Curiosity surrounded the Student Council members. If a student wants to report something that is related to the academy or their well-being, they should head to the Guidance Office orthe School Police as they are the one responsible for the discipline and security of the students. Also, it is better to direct it to them as they will be able to respond immediately.‘What could they be reporting about?’Hestia thought to herself as she neared the door.
The next day, gym 2 was closed for the public. Police tape covers the entrance to the gym, even the back door. Two police officers were stationed at the entrance, making sure that no student would be able to enter and see what was inside. Students flock outside of the gym, all in groups and all curious. Everyone is sharing their own whispers and murmurs, sounding like a buzzing bee in the field of early morning. Each student is eyeing the other, hoping that someone has an explanation for this commotion. Each of them tells a tale— a theory, trying to find a solution to this issue. But alas, no one was right, and no one knew what was right. The bell rang and everyone dispersed, entering their classrooms or club rooms and beginning their day as if nothing happened at gym 2. But one group remained at the entrance of gym 2, the cheer-leading squad with Freya at the front. They can’t help but feel sad at the si
SSHS 17 “Come to think of it, why did you make an exception on my, or rather mine and Aaron’s case?” Arthur blurted out of the blue. His eyes never leaving the screen of his laptop, his fingers still furiously typing the digits and letters on the Excel sheet. On his side is Excami, holding papers upon papers and is joined by only paper clips and not staples. She looked up the moment Arthur asked the question, eager to know the reason why her brother did such a thing. In their family, everything and everyone must be fair. In terms of moral compass: be a true neutral, or impartial, so to speak. One must always hear the sides of both parties in order to arrive on the most just decision. Lest, anything that is aligned with injustice will be just saying that they do not care about family teachings. And it includes the exceptions… though it rar
