8. Midnight With Her

Something I wanted from yesterday finally happened now. Since the incident in the kitchen, we never interacted again. I want to make peace with her and maybe now is the time. "Yes, but not at your house. I have a restaurant not far from here. And can I catch your car because I'm being followed," She said, glancing outside.

I understand her status as the wife of a noble. How could she possibly want to create a scandal with a man like me, who is far from her husband's social status?

"I'm going to turn the car around, and get out the back door," I told her. I'm sure she doesn't know how to escape properly.

"But I will pay for it,"

"No Madam, let me do it," I said and she smiled sweetly. Her lips, oh my God, they belonged to someone else.

I came out with all the shopping after paying for it. I put all my things in the trunk of the car while looking around me. I don't know her car, only that there is a black SUV standing by not far from a luxury car worth millions of dollars.
