Chapter 13

"Breakfast is ready, Casey. You should eat now..." Niccolo said as she entered the dining room. It's seven o'clock in the morning. Niccolo is about to leave, but she doesn't even know where he's going for today.

"Where are you going today?" Casey asked him. Niccolo sighed deeply before he answers her question. Casey sat on the chair and waits for his answer.

"I'll go to our company today," he announced. "It's important. My dad wants me there. Why are you asking, huh? Do you want to go with me, Casey?" Niccolo asked her if she wants to go with him at their company. Casey refused immediately. She doesn't want to go there. Niccolo's dad knows that she's his son's girlfriend, but she doesn't want to expose herself with him. She's avoiding his parents. She might be questioned about her life, but she has an answer to them. It's not the real answers, it'll be lies only. She's pretending as his girlfriend, so she needs not to tell the truth.
