My eyesight was starting to get blurry as I felt my consciousness slowly fading away.

The run back to the dining hall seemed like forever, but I know I heard a scream, and then I felt a terrifying chill down my spine after I recognized whose voice it was.

It was Susie's.

I don't even know how I managed to break free from Hade's tight grasp on my hand. All I remember was running on instinct, and then I heard another explosion and I immediately dropped to the ground. But I got up as soon as I could and started running towards the dining hall again.

Please let my sister be safe.

Smoke was blocking my eyesight, but I know every corner and every hallway of this house by heart, and I know how and where to go with my eyes closed. I've walked and ran around this house for years, after all. Right then, I knew I was just running on instinct.
