“Dad, you’ve got to be kidding me! Why do I have to be sent here and work at EGC? I thought that I will be working in our own company? Honestly, I’m not even expecting it to be here!” I was talking to my dad over the phone, and I couldn’t help my nostrils to flare in anger.
“You told me that I would only stay here for a few days after I visit Helena and Mom’s graves. And after that, I would soon fly to Japan! What happened now?” pahabol ko sa kanya.
It was like… I was easily fooled and everything about our earlier discussion was just a prank!
