Fikayo peered at Ibukun’s face closely and Ibukun pushed her face away immediately.
“What is it?” Ibukun asked with a smile.
“Your face looks exceptionally bright today. What happened on your date yesterday?” Fikayo asked and Ibukun rolled her eyes.
“Who said I went for a date yesterday?” Ibukun asked and Blessing scoffed.
“Did you go and greet your ancestors then?” Blessing asked and the trio burst into laughter immediately.
“I did not go for a date. I just went somewhere with a friend” Ibukun replied and Fikayo yawned.
“Girl, your lies are getting boring. Say something interesting” Fikayo said as some guys strode into their class with a horde of students following them and giggling.

The moment Ibukun walked into the class, Blessing and Fikayo rushed towards her with shocked faces.“What did you do Ibukun?” Fikayo asked and Ibukun sighed.“I rejected him okay. A lone tear slid down her cheeks and Ibukun blinked her eyes rapidly; trying to prevent the other tears from running down her cheeks.“Why did she have to do that?” Ibukun asked as more tears rolled down her cheeks.“Why…... Why……. Why… Why …….” Ibukun found it unable to complete her statement as she broke into sobs.
