The veins on Mociya Keltch's forehead burst, and the hand around Zoe Hayward's neck got worse.

Zoe Hayward struggled at first, but by the end, she was able to relax and let Mociya Keltch strangle her.

Just as Zoe Hayward was feeling out of breath, a bell rang. Mociya Keltch frowned and looked unhappy. She didn't want to listen, but the bell stopped ringing again soon after.

Mociya Keltch finally answered the phone, but no sooner had he spoken than a frost descended on his handsome face, his thin, cool lip corners parted and he uttered, "I know. Watch out for Miss Edquil."

The phone hung up. Mociya Keltch's cold, clear eyes glared at Zoe Hayward. "I don't care whose baby you're carrying.

"In your dreams! "Shouted Zoe Hayward with all her strength, her hair disheveled, a loose strand of hair hanging in front of her forehead, her red eyes glaring at Mociya Keltch." I will not give birth to the child of the man who killed my father!"

Mociya Keltch snorted. "It's not up to you."

Leaving Zoe Hayward coldly, he told his staff, "Make sure you watch her."

After that, he left in a hurry. It was not until the sound of a car engine came from downstairs that Zoe Hayward suddenly returned to her mind. He suddenly insisted that he gave birth to this child.

A week went by without Zoe Hayward seeing anyone except food every day, and Nathaniel Evans didn't see the text.

But she would rather he had not seen it.

As Zoe Hayward sat staring at the windowsill, the door opened. "Mrs, the doctor is here. Mr Keltch has ordered him to examine you."

Zoe Hayward turned her back on the servant and did not make a sound. The servant, accustomed to it, turned to the doctor and said, "Go ahead, then."

The doctor nodded and walked over with his assistant.

"Mrs, when was your last period? Have you been feeling ill lately?"

Zoe Hayward did not speak, but kept her empty eyes fixed on a spot out of the window.

'Mrs, you must tell me all this, or how can I help you?' When the servant wasn't looking, the doctor tapped Zoe Hayward on the shoulder.

Zoe Hayward looked up at the clear ink eyes and recognized Nathaniel Evans, even though she was wearing a mask.

Her heart trembled uncontrollably, and her round eyes were full of astonishment.

But Nathaniel Evans tapped her on the shoulder and winked at the assistant, who knew, and walked over to the maid. "Would you please help me get the doctor's things, and I'll give you some pregnancy instructions?"

Zoe Hayward nervously grabs Nathaniel Evans' arm at the sound of the door closing. "Nate, come on, leave me alone," she says.

She could not afford to let Nathaniel Evans take that risk. The Evans family was powerful, but Mociya Keltch was no match, and if he became angry, he would bring down the entire Evans family.

How could Nathaniel Evans not have known Zoe Hayward's concern? He wrapped her little hand in his and patted it twice. "I have arranged for this to happen. I pretended to be Dr. Cheng, who came to see you. When the assistant comes in, you'll change clothes with her and follow me..."

"No! No! I can't let innocent people suffer for me, Mociya Keltch will kill her if she finds out!!" Zoe Hayward didn't even think of saying no.

"Zoe, you don't have time to think. Don't you know by now why Mociya Keltch let you keep the baby and gave you special care? Tee Edquil She found ovarian cancer..."
