What a waste!

Meera snarled as she walked about her room. With a wave of her hand, she slammed another decorative porcelain object into the wall, another poor recipient of her anger.

She winced; the injuries she had received from Elder Quinn were still making her weak. The thoughts of the fight between her and the dying Elder flashed through her mind briefly – the way that he had shifted into his wolf form to deliver her a blow that injured her that badly, and how he died only seconds afterward.

He had been a pain in her ass for sure, and it was due to him that she had faltered in her quest to find the dastardly she-wolf. Now, it had been two days already, yet she had not returned to her full power. On top of all that, she had still not found the girl.

She hissed, looking around her room. Broken objects were lying about – all signs of her previous fit. With a deep and frustrated sigh, Meera waved her hand again, and those objects vanished out of existence.
