Chapter 4

Two nurses gripped Spacie and wanted to give her another tranquilizer.

"No, let me go!" Spacie struggled with all her might, but she was too weak to fight against the nurses. She was controlled by the nurses and couldn't move at all.

The sharp needle approached her pale wrist.

Spacie began to scream. She had a strong desire that she had to protect this child in her womb. She thought that if she gave birth to this child, Chris wouldn't betray her. Having this child, she wouldn't feel alone in this world.

"Hellen, please help me! Please… I beg you."

The tranquilizer injected into her body. Spacie cried out in despair.

"Don't abort my child. I beg you, please …"...

Hellen looked at Spacie in pain, but she turned around and walked away.

Spacie widened her eyes, felt very hopeless and helpless.

The tranquilizer began to take effect, and she felt faint. Before she lost her consciousness completely, she saw a familiar figure appeared, and it seemed that Chris had come here.

He stood outside the door, watched her.

She became completely unconscious.

She had a terrible and bloody nightmare.

In that nightmare, she lay on the bed of the operating room, couldn't move. A doctor covered a mask carried a blood covered baby from her lower body.

The baby cried out and struggled, his voice shrill and ear—piercing. Spacie was heartbroken when heard it.

At this moment, the doctor suddenly took off his mask. He was Chris!

"No!" Spacie shouted of shock as she woke up in a cold sweat.

The stomachache became more obvious.She rubbed her flat belly, realising that the abortion operation finished..…

Spacie covered her face and cried bitterly.

Suddenly, someone opened the door of the ward and entered.

Tears flow out from her eyes. She looked very miserable. She looked up and saw Sofia, which made her feel sick.

"Why do you come here?" Spacie clenched her fists tightly and gritted her teeth, and then said, "Get out of here!"

"Don't be so ruthless." Sofia closed the door behind her, holding a big vacuum cup in her hand, and walked towards spacie happily. Sofia said, "I came to see you with good intentions. Abortion is painful, right?"

Spacie stubbornly gritted her teeth and didn't give any response.

Sofia opened the vacuum cup and slowly poured out a bowl of hot soup.

"Actually, the director of obstetrics department in this hospital is my good friend." Sofia said.

"When she performed the abortion on you, I specifically asked to help you clearly clean the baby in your womb. And your uterine wall became thinner. I guess it is hard for you to get pregnant again."

"Even you get pregnant again in future, you will be worried about miscarriage. Because the uterine wall of your womb is too thin to afford a baby in your womb.. Huh, pitiful..…" Sofia said happily.

Spacie was furious and cursed Sofia. She snatched the bowl of soup from Sofia's hand and splashed it on Sofia's face. "You're so vicious, and you will be punished in future!"

The soup was very hot, and Sofia's face immediately became red. However, she was very composed and gazed at Spacie evilly.

Spacie was stunned by her evil gaze. Sofia suddenly screamed out. She stepped back and fell down on the ground.

Sofia cried out in pain. At this moment, the ward door was suddenly pushed open and Chris rushed in.

"What happened?"

Chris glanced at Spacie, and then looked down concernedly at Sofia.

"Sofia!" He quickly squatted down and hugged Sofia in his arms. Noticed Sofia's face was red, he frowned, "Spacie, what did you do?!"

Spacie clenched her fists even harder, her fingertips poking at her palms.

"What did I do? Didn't you see it yourself?" Spacie tried her best to calm down, "Chris, we haven't divorced yet. I'm still your wife. I just punished your lover for seducing other's husband. Did I do anything wrong?"

Chris frowned and stared at Spacie without saying anything.

Specie gritted her teeth and warned, "Next time, I won't punish your lover so kindly. Both your bastard and your lover will be dead for your treating me in this way!"
