Chapter - 16

We finished eating. 

"I feel like I want to drink something?"

She behaved like a spoiled kid.

"What about water?" I teased her back.

She stared at me. 

"You don't have any fruits in here to make fresh juice. I wonder how you spend all your money. You don't have vegetables or fruits to eat at home. You don't have instant foods either. You don't wear expensive clothes. You don't wear heels. You don't put on a lot of makeup. You don't hangout daily. What are you doing with the money that you're earning?"

"Woah! I don't have any food at home? I realised after hearing it from you. I must buy eatables tomorrow after coming from the office."

"I asked how you spend money?"

"I don't."

"What?"

"I-I… I spend only on merch since other things will be bought by my brother."
